We accept returns on cosmetic products within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of product arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • In your email, provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
