SHIPPING POLICY

1. Definitions

User: An individual who selects products from the E-SHOP, completes the order form, and places an order either on their own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity by which they are authorized.

Recipient: A person or legal entity, distinct or similar to the user, designated to receive the products ordered at the address specified by the individual placing the order request.

2. Order Placement and Shipping Methods

To process an order, users must provide the necessary information in the designated fields. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We offer one shipping method:

    Transit Time 1-3 business days.

3. Important Information

  • Our business days are Sunday through Thursday, 9.00 to 17.00 IST, excluding holidays.
  • Order Cut-Of Time – 17.00 (GMT+02:00) Israel Standard Time (Jerusalem)
  • Orders Dispach are available on Sunday through Thursday on working hours.
  • If express shipping is unavailable in your location, you will be notified via email.

4. Delivery Time

Deliveries are scheduled on business days, subjected to the shipping company schedule and are completed within up to 5 business days from the date of order placement, with the goal of reaching the recipient’s country.

5. Customer Responsibility for Import Duties, VAT, or Other Taxes

Customers with shipping addresses in the European Union and other countries bear sole responsibility for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the shipping or handling charges. Customs, duties, and tax rates may vary by country, and customers are advised to consult their local customs agency for estimates before placing the order. Upon shipment by one of our designated shipping companies, the package’s tracking information serves as proof of dispatch. If the receiving customer fails to pay the required duties and taxes (if applicable), the product package will be abandoned. Please note that we do not accept returns to Israel due to the complexity and expense of the return process. Upon notification via email, the ordering customer will be reimbursed with 10% of the order’s value.

5.1. Clarification on Shipping Charges

The Shipping rates presented in this website are flat rates.

  • Flat rate to north America is 11 USD. (FREE OVER 110$) 
  • Flat rate to Europe is 13 USD. (FREE OVER 119$)
  • Flat rate to the rest of the world is 18 USD. [FREE OVER 129$]

These Shipping rates are subsidized by our company and do not reflect the actual shipping rate that we are charged by the shipping company.

The full shipping charges referred to in this policy may not be collected at the time of order placement. They are presented to the customer, credit card company, PayPal, or any other gateway payment company as proof of the actual charges incurred if the customer declines to receive the package and fails to pay the import duties.
